Housekeeping Support

\

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing high-quality housekeeping services to our clients.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Cleaning the bathroom: Mirrors, glass, shower screens, baths, toilet, basins\
  • Cleaning the kitchen: Washing dishes, cleaning the microwave, refrigerator, sink, emptying rubbish bins\
  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and removing cobwebs from the household\
  • Occasionally, for clients with pets, when requested: Emptying/replacing kitty litter, removing/cleansing any other related pet waste\
  • Cleaning windowsills and skirting boards as well as disinfecting high-touch areas\
  • Meeting compliance and qualification criteria referred to in requirements\
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction\
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals\
  • Attending training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge\
  • Performing other tasks as required\

Requirements:

  • \
  • At least 12 months experience in domestic cleaning\
  • National Police Check (Less than a year old)\
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check is advantageous\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the role\
  • Availability to work at least three days a week\
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information\
