Senior Product Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to drive growth through optimised user experiences. This role sits at the intersection of business growth and customer success, focusing on converting new users into successful customers.

This role will be crucial in ensuring our product features work seamlessly across different markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user-centric sign-up and product trial flows
  • Design and execute user onboarding journeys that guide first-time users to meaningful milestones
  • Analyse user behaviour patterns to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact
  • Implement metrics frameworks to measure success and revenue impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with business strategies
Qualifications and Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of improving user activation metrics and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis of user behaviour
  • Understanding of user onboarding best practices and growth optimisation
  • Desirable: Experience with data migration tools, API integrations, and modern product analytics tools
