About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Beacon Lighting in Ipswich.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, building strong relationships with customers, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers;
- Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts;
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions;
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets;
- Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met;
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers;
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job;
- A strong attention to detail.
