Manager - Building, Construction & Maintenance

Job Description:

The Manager is responsible for leading a team of branch staff to undertake end-to-end procurement activities. This includes developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the department's strategic direction, current demand, and user requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide guidance, development opportunities, and on-the-job training to branch staff and stakeholders.

The role involves working closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies that deliver departmental and government objectives, while minimising risk.
