Digital Strategy Director - Transformation Lead

Job Description:

This is a leadership role for an expert in digital strategy who can transform our business by developing and executing innovative brand, campaign, and communications strategies that drive growth and cultural impact. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including emerging technologies, social media, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comms plans, ecosystems, briefs, and message matrices for creative teams grounded in an understanding of media channels and behaviors.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships with clients to deliver business growth and cultural impact.
  • Build strong relationships with creative teams and act as their trusted advisor and partner.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and consumer behaviors, identifying opportunities to create culturally relevant and impactful campaigns, especially in the social sphere.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of talented strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Contribute to industry discussions and publications, positioning the company as a leader in innovation and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience in a strategy role within a digital agency.
  • Culturally curious with an informed worldview and passion for uncovering what influences consumers' behaviors and values.
  • Immersed in tech culture and innovations.
  • Ability to design, implement, and measure strategies against a measurement framework and client objectives.
  • Strong communication skills when presenting findings to colleagues, management, other departments, and clients.
  • Experience managing multiple clients on projects while collaborating with multiple partners.
  • A high standard of presenting and exceptional attention to detail with strong grammar and writing skills.
