Additionally, they will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire piercing customer journey, ensuring seamless interactions from greeting to transaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with store staff to ensure efficient scheduling and online booking processes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures, including proper aftercare instructions.
- Ensure all necessary certifications, such as First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications, are up-to-date.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in needle piercing.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols surrounding piercing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Up-to-date First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA Certifications.
