The Role:

As a piercing artist, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality needle piercings, providing personalized styling consultations, and ensuring top-notch hygiene and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform expert needle piercings in a controlled and clinical space
  • Offer personalized styling consultations and guidance to clients
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sterilization
  • Autonomously manage daily studio operations with support from HQ
  • Oversee inventory for fine jewelry and fashion products
  • Drive retail sales and curate display showcases for signature collections
  • Provide feedback on client experience and evolving service offerings
  • Represent the brand as a polished and trusted ambassador

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in needle piercing
  • Clear and confident communication skills with a refined presence
  • Organized, self-led, and detail-oriented individual
  • Passionate about styling, jewelry, and premium retail experiences
  • Collaborative spirit who thrives in fast-paced and creative environments
  • Australian work rights required
