Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Body Piercer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create positive experiences for every piercing client by providing exceptional service and ensuring high-quality piercings.
  • Educate clients on after-care, check-ups and jewellery resizing to maintain their satisfaction and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain the piercing studio to meet and exceed industry standards by adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Develop a loyal client base by creating a piercing community between the store and customers through effective communication and networking.
  • Support the Retail and Salon teams in between Piercing clients, especially retail sales, to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Body Piercer with excellent piercing skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and rotating roster.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
