Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Shoalhaven area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of various assets and sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Lead and motivate a team of maintenance trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.">
  3. Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance services, aligned with maintenance and asset management plans.">
  4. Monitor site-level compliance reviews for operational and delivery platform maintenance, ensuring adherence to relevant Defence Force standards.">
  5. Contribute to the management of maintenance budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions.">
  6. Ensure clear understanding across all sites of health, safety, and environmental expectations and obligations.">

Requirements">
  • ">
  • Extensive experience working in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries.">
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, with trade or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields. Prior experience in Defence Fuels will be highly regarded.">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.">
  • Safety is paramount in this role, requiring a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.">
  • Current holder of NV-1 security clearance, or ability to obtain.">
