As a Reliability Engineer, your key responsibilities will include conducting analytical work to identify and implement improvements in processing plants, completing daily investigations and weekly reporting of downtime events, ensuring all incidents are reported and followed up correctly, coordinating plant equipment improvement trials, and leading projects to enhance equipment reliability.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience in the reliability sector, preferably in a mineral processing environment, with sound analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree and a valid 'C' Class Western Australian Drivers Licence are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical work to improve processing plant performance.
- Complete daily investigation and weekly reporting of downtime events.
- Ensure all incidents and accidents are reported and followed up correctly.
- Coordinate plant equipment improvement trials.
- Lead projects to enhance equipment reliability.
Requirements:
