The Boarding House is a vibrant community where students thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment. We are seeking an experienced Residential Life Supervisor to oversee the well-being of our boarders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a specific cohort of boarders, providing guidance and support for their learning needs and personal growth.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, teaching staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise and care for boarders with compassion, consistency, and fairness, promoting a culture of respect, responsibility, and empathy.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a genuine interest in young people's learning and development, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
