Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional in-home care services, promoting clients' independence and dignity. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene support and emotional companionship.
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with household duties, including meal preparation and housekeeping.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry, a relevant qualification, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds and hold the necessary certifications, including First Aid, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, Driver Licence, and Certificate 3.
