The role involves working closely with the CEO to:

- Support recruitment processes, including writing position descriptions and conducting reference checks.

- Provide advice on employee relations issues, including interpretation of relevant industry awards.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with volunteers, employees, and managers and stakeholders.

- Assist in day-to-day HR activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

- Maintain ethical and legal boundaries while upholding confidentiality.

- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases.
