Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and guidance to customers on the use of cloud-based services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting and recommend appropriate workarounds and solutions for cloud-based systems.
  • Collaborate with Development resources to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of significant experience with Postgres or equivalent database technologies as a senior database administrator or database support engineer.
  2. 3-5 years of cloud platform experience in the use of computer, networking, storage, application, and database services.
  3. 1-2 years of experience with common monitoring tools for cloud-native environments.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge.
  5. Working knowledge of Postgres third-party tools.
  6. Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
  7. Strong problem-solving skills for abstract and complex issues.
  8. Quick-thinking, able to work well under pressure.
  9. Adept at documenting efforts, actions, and results.
  10. Experience of liaising with Engineering teams.
