Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers from the interior design, architecture, premium joinery, and kitchen companies industries.
  • Craft and deliver engaging presentations showcasing comprehensive knowledge and understanding of our products, trends, and company.
  • Prepare and present project proposals based on provided briefs, demonstrating a keen understanding of client needs.
  • Manage project follow-up activities until a builder is awarded the project, ensuring a seamless handover to the retail or commercial team.
  • Provide valuable samples and marketing collateral to enhance the sales process.
  • Offer support in documentation tasks to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in install and tech recommendations, contributing to the overall project success.
  • Maintain immediate response times, surpassing typical store capabilities, particularly during customer visits and selection processes.
  • Coordinate showroom appointments with end users, creating a personalized and impactful experience.
  • Handle orders and, as necessary, generate quotes, adapting to the scale and complexity of each project.
Requirements:
  • Business to Business Sales Account Management new business development experience.
  • A formal design qualification is not essential, but would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for design.
  • A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills, including influencing and negotiating.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to understand clients' needs quickly and pick up complex technical and product knowledge.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills, including daily/weekly/monthly call planning.
  • A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
  • Previous experience working within the same or similar industry (desirable).
