Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee clinical information systems, data reporting, and business operations within the Mental Health service. This key role is responsible for improving patient care, clinical quality, and overall service performance.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team managing clinical information systems and reporting functions. They will oversee business operations and administrative processes supporting MH service delivery. Additionally, they will implement strategies to improve patient care, service quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team managing clinical information systems and reporting functions.
  • Oversee business operations and administrative processes supporting MH service delivery.
  • Implement strategies to improve patient care, service quality, and operational performance.
  • Drive achievement of targets through data-informed planning.
  • Support implementation of the strategic plan within the MH service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical understanding - mental health knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of frameworks and performance improvement strategies.

About You:

The ideal candidate has a current unrestricted NSW drivers License, excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and project management skills, knowledge of NWAU, ABF, ABM frameworks and performance improvement strategies, and clinical understanding.
