We are seeking a highly skilled Flagship Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

- Performance Analysis: Interpret sales data to drive performance and take ownership of the store's commercial success.
- Team Development: Inspire and lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to consistently exceed service and operational standards.
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Manage recruitment processes and ensure effective onboarding and training for all new team members.
