About the Role

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will collaborate with leaders and colleagues to deliver expert advice and services to clients. We strive to establish and maintain outstanding relationships by focusing on client objectives, operating with integrity, trust, and responsibility.

This role involves providing risk remediation and assurance services, developing governance and risk management frameworks, and facilitating workshops and advising on risk and mitigation.

  • Deliver a variety of risk, assurance, business improvement, and transformation projects.
  • Recommend technical and non-technical improvements to client systems, processes, and controls.
  • Prepare proposals in response to client requests, including budgeting for assignment costs.
  • Schedule and allocate work across the team.
  • Supervise fieldwork and contribute to the development of junior team members.
About You

Our ideal candidate has experience in Risk Consulting/Internal Audit, preferably gained in a professional services environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, good problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as a strong team player.
  • Highly professional with strong business acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (intermediate Excel is acceptable).

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation.
