Market Manager

We are seeking a skilled Market Manager to drive growth and partnerships with luxury Villa owners in Bali.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and contract new and repeat partners for incremental sales;
  • Maintain rate parity and own pre/post production responsibilities;
  • Ensure all deals are commercially sound and accurately completed contracts;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business and partner goals;
  • Manage quality of data in CRM systems for contracting and production purposes;
  • Drive dynamic promotional campaigns through negotiation and contracting exclusive discounts;
  • Analyse campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research;
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners to review performance and offer insights;
  • Partner with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximise regional success;
  • Investigate uncompetitive rates and liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive rates;
  • Foster relationships between new and existing hotel partners, with a focus on new supply;
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in the designated region;
  • Provide escalation support for connectivity-related issues;
  • Sales support for live campaigns; and
  • Customer Service escalation contact for travel validity/escalations.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of the Villa market in Indonesia;
  • Passion for sales and stakeholder management;
  • Strong negotiation skills and written and verbal communication skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Flexible attitude with innovative thinking to meet deadlines;
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Accuracy of contracted data for the creative team;
  • Business development and account management skills;
  • Willingness to adapt to change and take on new projects aligned with business needs and growth;
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • End-to-end travel sales process understanding;
  • Solid experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
