The company owns and operates sugar mills at Harwood, Broadwater and Condong, as well as a refinery co-located at Harwood.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking breakdown and running repairs to equipment during the crushing season and participating in the major annual plant overhaul and upgrade during the non-crushing season.

Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair a wide range of equipment including motors, gearboxes, turbines, pumps, valves and conveyor lines.
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant mechanical fitting experience associated with heavy industrial or manufacturing processing operations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people across the workplace.
  • Relevant Mechanical Trade qualifications.
