About the Opportunity

Frasers Property Australia is seeking a highly skilled Shared Services Representative to join our Finance Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely services to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process transactions consistently to set requirements
  • Enter data and maintain up-to-date records
  • Support the Team Leader with IT to optimise the use of technology
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the businesses
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in business, administration, or finance
  • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable
  • Experience within an ERP, SAP highly desirable
  • Skills and aptitude for effective problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking
