Amazon Marketplace Growth Strategist

We are seeking a commercially driven leader to own and scale our Amazon and marketplace channels.
The RoleAs a key member of our team, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and logistics teams, leveraging both creative and data-driven strategies to deliver best-in-class marketplace execution.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and digital execution, with full responsibility for performance, profitability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Amazon and marketplace growth strategy, aligned with our commercial objectives.
- Create annual and quarterly channel plans, sales targets, and promotional calendars.
- Identify new category, product, and market opportunities.
- Partner with brand, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless digital readiness for product launches.
- At least 5 years' experience managing Amazon (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central) and marketplaces.
- A proven commercial track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence in sales forecasting and reporting.
- Proficient in Amazon tools (Helium10, Brand Analytics, Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
