Channel Growth Manager

We're seeking a seasoned e-commerce professional to drive growth across international markets as a Channel Growth Manager. This role requires strategic leadership, expertise in Amazon Advertising, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Global Market Expansion: Own and grow performance across Amazon marketplaces worldwide, focusing on sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize market share, leveraging data analysis and optimization techniques.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Design and execute Amazon Advertising campaigns that deliver real ROI, utilizing advanced targeting options and campaign setup best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and an external agency to scale impact, ensuring seamless communication and aligned goals.
  • Listings Management: Maintain listings with A+ content, SEO, and customer review strategies, ensuring a strong online presence.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce or digital growth, with a focus on Amazon, including proven success scaling sales and operations across multiple regions.
  • Amazon Expertise: Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, campaign setup, and optimization, as well as commercial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage digital P&L, lead high-performing teams, and drive business growth through strategic decision-making.
