We're on the hunt for a Sales and Business Development Executive to join our passionate and achievement-focused team in Victoria. This role will service the Wangaratta region, including Shepparton, Beechworth, Yarrawonga, and Falls Creek. You'll ideally be based centrally to effectively cover the territory.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the continued growth of our enviable brand portfolio, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider, and seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as Furphy, Tooheys, Heineken, Guinness, Hahn, Stone & Wood, White Claw, and Little Creatures to name a few

A Day in the Life of a Lion Sales Executive

  • You'll work closely with our established on and off-premise customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising, promotional planning, and execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers' hands
  • You'll travel to our customer venues to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
  • You'll be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
  • Collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
  • Always be on the lookout for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers
  • Call on your local network to find new ways to grow Lion's business

We're Looking for a Customer-Obsessed Individual

  • A customer and consumer-obsessed individual, you'll be driven to build strong customer partnerships
  • Sales experience: You may come from an FMCG, retail, or pharmaceuticals background – whichever it is, you're motivated to partner our customers and have a drive for results for our customers and Lion
  • A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with enthusiasm
  • Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
  • A full, clean driver's license, as well as the ability to work in Australia on a permanent basis
