At Lion, we're always seeking talented individuals to join our Vanguard Luxury Brands team. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International spirits market.

This includes iconic brands such as Four Roses Bourbon, The Gospel Whiskey, and the iconic Four Pillars Gin range. You'll be servicing Melbourne's southeastern suburbs and Braeside and surrounds, so if you're interested and live in or around these locations, then we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career and gain experience within a supportive and inclusive organisation.

A Day in the Life:

  • You'll work with established customers to create innovative strategies that cover account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution.
  • You'll travel to customers' sites to engage fully with their needs, service, and support them effectively.
  • You'll be an absolute brand and company advocate, delivering growth through on-point brand execution.
  • You'll work collaboratively as part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team.
  • You'll continually seek out potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is customer-obsessed, motivated to build strong customer partnerships.
  • Has sales experience in the alcoholic beverages industry (spirits experience would be advantageous), driven by results and sales.
  • Exhibits a proactive attitude and courage to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Is accountable, keeping promises and delivering commitments.
  • Hold a full, clean driver's licence and ability to work in Australia for at least the next 12 months.
