About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Valet Team Member at Westfield Chermside. As a key member of our services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring a 5-star experience.
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Support valet services by helping guests with parking, opening car doors, and assisting them as they exit their vehicles.
  • Provide traffic management and navigational assistance during busy periods in the car park.
What We're Looking For
  • A confident and friendly individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing situations.
  • A team player who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.
  • A full open driver's license (Manual/Auto/International) is essential for this role.
