Festive Season Valet Team Member Opportunity

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our valet team at Westfield Chermside during the festive season.

About the Role

As a valet team member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with parking, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and greet customers on arrival and departure.
  • Support valet services by helping guests with parking and assisting them as they exit their vehicles.
  • Provide traffic management and navigational assistance during busy periods in the car park.

What We're Looking For

  • A full open driver's license (Manual/Auto/International).
  • Availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
