Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Seasonal Valet Team Member at Westfield Carindale, you will play a vital role in creating magical moments for our customers during the festive season. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that our guests receive top-notch service, making their experience truly unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure from the centre, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Support valet services by helping guests with parking, opening car doors, and assisting them as they exit their vehicles, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow in the valet area, maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all.

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player who is always ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers.
  • Confidence in providing customers assistance in a busy retail setting, showcasing your ability to work under pressure.
  • A full open driver's license (Manual/Auto/International), ensuring you can safely operate our vehicles.
  • Availability for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our business.
