We are seeking a skilled and imaginative professional to join our team as a Travel Experience Curator.

This role involves collaborating with clients to craft personalized travel plans that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Development: Design tailored travel experiences based on each client's interests, preferences, and goals, incorporating accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel aspirations and requirements.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with trusted travel suppliers and tour operators to secure the best options and rates.
  • Travel Coordination: Oversee all aspects of travel planning, including booking confirmations and follow-up support.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients throughout the planning phase and during their trips, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination insights, and special offers to provide expert recommendations.
  • Post-Trip Feedback: Connect with clients after their travels to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
