Job Overview

The Luxury Experience Manager will play a key role in expanding and delivering exceptional experiences, collaborating with selected suppliers to ensure seamless execution of high-end tours. This is a rare opportunity to blend creativity, strategy, and relationship management in a role that celebrates Sydney as a luxury destination.

This role involves crafting bespoke itineraries for discerning travellers, balancing creativity with attention to detail. It also requires building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, including tour operators, wholesalers, travel agents, and online travel agencies.

Maintaining accurate records within the CRM platform is also an essential part of this role. Furthermore, orchestrating flawless experiences with third-party providers, including transportation, dining, and exclusive events, is a crucial aspect of this position.
