Customer Service Role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service in a supportive environment. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in a busy customer service setting while completing your Certificate III in Business.

The role includes working as part of a team to ensure customers have a great experience, communicating with customers via phone, email, or social media, and supporting other teams with administrative tasks.

To excel in this traineeship, you will need to develop your communication skills, be open to growing skills in problem-solving, numeracy, and time management, and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.

Flexible working hours are required, with the customer service team operating rotating shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
