This is an opportunity to join a long-term major project offering a base salary of around $120,000 per annum, plus site uplift and project completion bonus.

Job Description:

You will work site-based, on a DIDO 5:2 roster, 160 kilometres south of Perth, WA. Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating permits required for construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate permits required for construction activities
  • Work closely with the HSE Lead to ensure compliance with Australian Safety legislation, standards, and codes
  • Prepare management reports and work instructions for the site-based workforce
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A trade or HSE background with experience working as a Permit Coordinator on large-scale mult-disciplinary resources projects
  • Strong background in Site Permit Systems and permit authority criteria
  • High level of attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
