Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Permits & Approvals Specialist to join our team on Project Ceres. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering project delivery company that harnesses innovative engineering and construction solutions.

About the Role

This role will involve ensuring all project permits, approvals, and associated interfaces with regulatory bodies, private & public stakeholders, and internal government/council departments are managed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Developing Permit Programs: Develop necessary programs to achieve Project Milestones and intermediate deadlines.
  • Cascade Authorities Requirements: Explore, break-down, and cascade Authorities / Third Parties requirements for specific approval.
  • Coordinate Home-Office Team: Coordinate the Home-Office team and assign roles and responsibilities for necessary contributions.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Government Experience: Any government or council sided experience highly regarded, background with DWER, DMIRS, EPA preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with specific industry-related permits, Permitting & Approvals, Construction for Energy or Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Experience: 10+ years' in Energy or Oil & Gas Industry / Sector; 3/5+ experience in a similar Permitting / Approvals / Statutory Interface role.

Location

The successful candidate will be based at our site near Karratha with business trips to Perth for necessary coordination and meetings.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
