Role Summary

This role focuses on developing and implementing effective risk management practices across the organization. You will be responsible for assisting in identifying, assessing, and managing risks, as well as supporting control owners in designing and assessing controls.

  • Embed strong, consistent risk practices across the business area.
  • Maintain accurate risk profiles and contribute to effective control design.
  • Support incident and audit management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Risk Management Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of risk frameworks, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Assisting risk owners with identifying, assessing and managing risks.
  • Supporting control owners in designing and assessing controls.
  • Identifying and prioritizing activities to enhance risk maturity.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and currency of risk data within the Governance, Risk and Compliance system.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex information, and have a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Strong incident management skills and ability to identify, raise, and manage incidents effectively.
  • Proficient in interpreting risk data and supporting decision-making through analysis.
