We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to fill this exciting role.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with Production teams to ensure optimal equipment operation
- Proactively maintain and repair production line equipment, driving continuous improvement
- Perform new equipment installations and breakdown repairs outside normal business hours
- Maintain accurate records and schedule services with the Production manager
- Liaise with contractors for maintenance and installations

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years experience in similar roles in food or FMCG industries
- Relevant qualifications and skills in production and packaging equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Sound technical, IT and mechanical skills, with awareness of WHS and HACCP requirements
