We are excited to expand our team and invite a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join us in providing exceptional care services.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and aspirations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other needs as required;
  • Contributing to the development of customer support plans and working collaboratively with families, caregivers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless support;
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress;
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in customer outcomes;
  • Seeking out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey with guidance and support from our growing team.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing;
  • Experience in the disability, aged care, or nursing sector;
  • Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and eager to learn;
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with flexibility;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer service-focused approach.
