About Aged Care Support Worker Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Aged Care Support Workers.

Our clients require assistance with daily living activities, such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing. You will deliver personalised care aligned with each client's unique care plan and work collaboratively with the client and their family to ensure their needs are met.

This is a flexible role that requires travel in and around Sydney Eastern and City Suburbs. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home personal care, assisting with daily living activities
  • Deliver personalised care aligned with each client's unique care plan
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior
  • Work as a team to create a positive experience for our clients
  • Provide support with transportation needs, helping with shopping trips and appointments
Requirements
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes within specified service locations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Reliable, punctual, and commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Certificate 3, 4, or diploma in aged care, home care, disability, or related field
