Job Profile:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the daily management of large-scale solar plants, ensuring optimal performance while maximizing returns and value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 5 sites with a capacity of ~1000MW, located in Australia
  • Maximize total return for each asset through analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance
  • Establish a collaborative relationship with EPC & O&M contractors to ensure safe asset operation
  • Daily Asset Management operation, including day-to-day operations, guidance, teamwork, and facilitation of professional work processes
  • Review and manage SPVs contracts, including insurance, performance, and monitoring
  • Support divestment initiatives as required and in line with business strategy

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Australia and global renewables market (large-scale solar PV and Battery storage)
  • Understanding of key contracts to manage and awareness of critical stakeholders to manage for a based solar or Battery asset
  • Strong process orientation and technical IT skills to support automation of processes
  • Proficiency in SAP financial systems
