Job Summary:

The Rental Coordinator is a pivotal role that serves as the primary point of contact for all customer requirements at our branch. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless rental experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient processing of rental agreements, vehicle maintenance, and other related tasks to optimize rental operations.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and rental operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or a combination of education and training in relevant areas.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
