With support from your Regional Manager, you will oversee the effective onboarding, orientation, and development of new team members. You will also conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member.
Our ideal candidate has strong mental health support experience, demonstrated capacity to effectively lead, coach, and develop a team, and ability to incorporate effective planning, time management, problem solving, organisational skills, and resourcing while achieving quality outcomes.
Additionally, you will work closely with the team to understand and manage participant risks, ensure each participant's plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations, and provide high-quality services.
