Senior Advisor, Construction and Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will have expertise in construction claims, commercial contract administration, and cost engineering.

The role involves advising clients on contractual, technical, and commercial issues related to complex construction and engineering projects. You will work closely with clients to establish a clear, commercial strategy and promote early resolution of disputes.

  • Assist clients in preparing quantum expert reports for adjudication, litigation, or arbitration

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and significant experience in construction claims, commercial contract administration, and cost engineering. You will also possess excellent written and spoken English skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Between 5-7 years (Associate Director level) or 7-10 years'+ (Director level) claims, commercial, contract administration, cost engineering, quantity surveying and/or disputes advisory related experience
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Experience in the preparation of quantum expert reports for the purpose of either adjudication, litigation or arbitration
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
