About the Role

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover a diverse rural territory in Australia, preferably based in Wagga Wagga or surrounding areas. The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with our rural retailers and assist them in achieving better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow sales revenue, margin, and volume of our rural products through extensive contact with end users, distributor clients, and key influencers of buying decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
  • Achieve sales targets and influence large contractors, end users, and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating these products, and providing training.

Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Australian agricultural industry and proven sales experience. They should possess the following skills:

  • Business acumen and passion for farming.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
  • Passion to generate new business opportunities and leads.
  • Self-starting nature and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Current and valid driver's license.
