Seasonal Services Team Members - Festive Experience

Job Summary: We're seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the festive season.

This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers across our Westfield destinations.

As a seasonal casual role, you'll play a key part in creating effortless and enjoyable moments for our customers, leaving them with a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

Festive Duties:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions
  • Managing traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periods
  • Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

Requirements:

  • Provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Auto) to operate a company buggy
  • Availability for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Full availability in November and December is ideal
