Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, distribution, and imports/exports.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage logistics, warehouse, and distribution strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee 3rd party provider service levels to maintain high customer service standards across Australia.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through tracking, cycle counts, reconciliations, and master data analysis.
  • Plan and execute regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations and variance reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock traceability by maintaining detailed records of inventory movements and conducting investigations into stock issues and claims from customers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Manage service levels and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Liaise with transportation companies to arrange the collection and delivery of goods to customer and 3PL sites.
  • Participate in the APAC Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven experience in logistics, distribution, and imports/exports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management systems.
  • Previous experience working within manufacturing and/or FMCG is desirable.
  • Process and results-driven.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyse and process high volumes of data and documentation on a daily basis.
