Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for providing support to employees' health, wellbeing and safety.

You will collaborate closely with a senior team member to develop and implement global programmes that focus on psychosocial and mental health specifically.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage operations related to employee assistance programmes (EAP): vendor management, reporting, escalation support, and day-to-day query management.
  • Provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of initiatives that support team members' health & wellbeing.
  • Track incidents, produce compliance reports, conduct risk assessments, and assist with psychosocial hazard management.
  • Partner with another team on physical wellbeing projects (e.g. health checks, fitness activities).
  • Analyse wellbeing trends and collaborate with relevant teams to continually improve our data and insights capabilities.
  • Support acute wellbeing or psychosocial incidents in collaboration with a senior team member.
  • Deliver regular training and wellbeing sessions to upskill team members.
