As a leader in the digital transformation of retail, we are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and fostering relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing product strategies that deliver high-quality customer experiences and improve business metrics
  • Leading squads and being accountable for results, translating business processes and customer insights into product concepts and solutions
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • Creating and owning commercial strategies, including P&L management and expertise with top-level inputs and metrics

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar, preferably in strategy/consulting or digital retail
  • A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
  • Experience developing and mentoring Product Managers, contributing to the Product Chapter, and supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations
  • Strong communication and rationalisation skills, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to change
