Strategic Growth Role

We're seeking a talented professional to join our team and help drive strategic decisions across the organization.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and develop recommendations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the strategic direction of the organization, including various business areas.
  • Drive complex, detailed, and analytically driven reviews of business operations to inform growth and performance strategies.

As a key member of our strategy team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and develop your skills in strategy development, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

Required Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business, finance, or economics.
  • 5+ years' experience at a major airline or a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or within a corporate strategy team.
  • Outstanding analytical, financial, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent ability to create high-quality quantitative analysis and written materials for presentation to senior management and the Board of Directors.
