Credit Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our finance team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in credit control and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Credit Operations: Oversee the complete credit control process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.
  • Foster Strong Client Relationships: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues swiftly, and building lasting partnerships.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Efficiency: Utilize your keen attention to detail to manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and detect & resolve discrepancies.
  • Prioritise and Execute: Leverage expert time management skills to balance multiple tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks despite the fast-paced nature of the role.
Requirements:
  • Hold 3-5 years of experience in credit control.
