Marketing Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Coordinator to support our award-winning marketing team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to deliver exceptional experiences across various streams of work, while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of world-class programs.
  • Execute and report on Quarterly Newsletters from start to finish.
  • Prepare presentations and monthly updates for Key Stakeholders/Partners.
  • Assist the Personalised Marketing team with budgeting, tracking, and processing.
  • Establish and maintain a calendar of activities to track progress/performance.
  • Provide administrative and diary support to the Manager, Personalised Marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Exceptionally strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem solver looking for opportunities to get involved.
  • Process-orientated with the ability to manage high volumes of requests.
  • Personable and able to work collaboratively through problems.
  • Strong interest in personalisation, customer, and digital marketing.
  • Desire to build a career in Marketing, passionate about this space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and complex stakeholder environment.
