Media Planning Coordinator

This role plays a crucial part in implementing and optimizing marketing programs to drive business objectives.

Liaising with teams including our media agency, marketing, digital trading, technology and research analytics, the Media Planning Coordinator will execute and evaluate advertising functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting go-to-market initiatives driven by the planning team across various brands.
  • Managing media plans for all brands, responsible for all digital channel spec sheets, material upload and distribution.
  • Managing timelines with trade and agency teams for key meetings and supporting strategic initiatives by collecting relevant data.
  • Managing media bookings across select channels and updating documentation such as go-to-market timelines, next steps.
  • Creative management (offline) and ensuring stakeholders have required information.
  • Reporting Requirements:
  • Helping to compile campaign proof of posting documentation.
  • Liaising with agency and teams to bring together Quarterly Business Reviews & campaign post analysis in a timely manner according to service level agreements.
  • Gathering and presenting research across media buys, checking we have results for brand studies, offline brand surveys and marketing tech team has everything needed for marketing mix modeling.
  • Managing financial requirements with media reconciler.
  • Supporting media planning team with weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reporting requirements, working closely with digital trade team.
  • Skills Required:
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.

This is a critical role within our organization requiring strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
